Core capabilities

Route quality and privacy policy, spelled out separately

Six capabilities in the order you'll actually run into them: peak-hour speed first, then privacy, devices, AI tools, streaming and refunds. Each one spells out the method and the trade-off, with no adjectives standing in for numbers.

Speed and peak-hour stability

Peak-hour differences come down to whether a link is shared, not to peak bandwidth. VPNPF splits its most-used routes into three types: IEPL dedicated lines run on separate channels and don't compete for bandwidth with other traffic; relay routes carry cross-region return paths and shorten the detour; direct routes serve nearby access. Every route in the client is labelled with its type and protocol, so you can switch manually or compare the same route during the day and after 20:00.

The 250+ routes are organized by region, and each region usually keeps two or more alternatives to switch between. If one route gets jittery, there's no need to wait for a fix — switch to another route in the same region and keep going; the subscription URL stays the same, so switching needs no re-import.

No logs

An account needs only a username and password — no email address is required, and the sign-up record holds no field that could be tied back to your identity. The service does not log browsing content or destinations; it keeps only the minimum data needed for billing and route scheduling, with retention periods listed item by item in the privacy policy. The terms and the pages use the same wording, so there's nothing to cross-check or guess at.

Privacy Policy

Unlimited devices, all online at once

One account can be online on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux at the same time, with no device limit — no second purchase for a spare laptop or backup phone. Phone, tablet and notebook each connect on their own and can use different routes; after switching devices or reinstalling an OS, just import the subscription again, with no seat reclaim or device-unbinding process.

Direct access to AI tools

Tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini care more about a stable exit address than about bandwidth. VPNPF keeps route groups with fixed exits for common AI services, so a mid-session IP change doesn't trigger repeated verification; lower-latency protocol pairings are preferred, so long chats and file uploads are less likely to drop. To decide which tool uses which route, filter by region in the client and pin your choice.

AI tool acceleration

Streaming acceleration

Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube carry different libraries in different regions, and whether a title opens depends on where the exit lands. The route table marks which platforms each route supports, so filtering by platform saves time; for 4K playback, pick a dedicated line with more bandwidth headroom and switch to a UDP-based protocol to cut buffering. Regional libraries are set by the platforms — the route side only guarantees a stable exit.

Route table

A route table organized by region

110+ countries and 250+ routes are grouped into Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe and more, each labelled with route type, protocol and supported streaming platforms. The table below shows one sample per region; the full list is filtered by region and purpose inside the client.

How to choose a route

Start with the use case, then the region. For streaming, pick routes marked for the platform you want and leave bandwidth headroom for 4K; for AI tools, prefer groups with fixed exits so a mid-session IP change doesn't trigger repeated verification; for everyday browsing and office work, relay or direct routes are enough — no need to tie up a dedicated line.

The shorter the cross-region return path, the less jitter at peak hours. Testing the same route between 20:00 and 23:00 tells you more than a daytime test — if it's smooth by day and slows at night, the return path is usually being shared, and switching to another route in the same region is enough.

On protocols: Hysteria2 and TUIC run over UDP and show less jitter on weak or mobile networks; Trojan and VLESS are mainly TCP and suit cases where stability matters more than peak speed; Shadowsocks has the widest compatibility and is easiest to get running on older devices and routers. Protocols can be switched per route in the client — no need to change region.

Switching routes doesn't require re-importing the subscription: select another route in the client, disconnect and reconnect. The subscription URL is generated in the user panel only; when you change devices, copy the same URL — no separate request per device.

Three monthly plans and data packs

Monthly plans are tiered by data allowance, and data resets every month on your activation date; data packs last until used up and never expire. All three tiers share the same routes and clients, with no device limit.

Data packs (use until they run out, never expire): ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Plan data resets monthly on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated to the remaining days.

Who each tier is for

¥9.9/month with 60GB: suits one or two devices used mainly for browsing, email and messaging. If you don't watch much video, this tier's allowance is usually enough; if you regularly stream 1080p or upload large files, going one tier up is simpler.

¥18/month with 250GB: for users with several devices always on who occasionally stream 1080p or join video calls. The allowance is far roomier than the entry tier, and upgrading mid-month wastes nothing — the difference is prorated to the remaining days, so what you've already paid isn't lost.

¥28/month with 500GB: for users who put 4K streaming, AI tools and remote collaboration on one account. You can upgrade between tiers at any time, and data resets to the new tier right away — no waiting for next month.

Data packs from ¥158/300GB: for users whose usage is irregular and who just want to top up as needed. Packs last until used up and never expire — no monthly reset, no end-of-month wipe, so any extra data can be saved for later.

All three tiers accept Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and sign-up needs no email address — a username and password are enough. The subscription URL is generated in the user panel; copy it into your client to start, and copy the same URL when you change devices.

Operating facts

Why choose VPNPF

The four points below are operating facts you can check one by one: how routes are classified, how data is counted, how refunds work, and what sign-up asks for. No adjectives involved.

  • Routes are organized by region, not a string of numbers

The 250+ routes are grouped into Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe and more, and each one shows its route type, protocol and supported platforms. Narrow by region first, then pick a type by purpose — no trial-and-error through hundreds of node numbers.

  • Billing rules are written on the page

Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the calendar month; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated to the remaining days, so a mid-month upgrade doesn't throw away what you've paid. Data packs last until used up and never expire — buying extra doesn't go to waste.

  • The refund rule needs no explanation

A 60-day refund with no reason required — you don't have to explain why, and you don't have to restore your subscription to any particular state. The request form is in the user panel; once submitted, it follows the process described on the page, and you can track progress in the panel.

  • Sign-up needs only a username and password

No email address, no linking of other accounts — the sign-up page asks only for a username and password. Payment supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and after purchase you copy the subscription straight from the panel into your client, with no extra request.

If any of the above differs from the latest version on the site, the Pricing page and the legal pages take precedence.
