Terms of Service
This page explains the scope of the VPNPF cross-border network acceleration service, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, service availability and liability limits, account termination, and how these terms may change.
Last updated: 09/2026
What the Service Covers
VPNPF provides cross-border network acceleration: international routes deployed in multiple regions improve connection quality for devices reaching services outside mainland China. Coverage currently spans 110+ countries and 250+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and no limit on how many devices can be online on one account at the same time.
The service is sold as a subscription: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date and mid-cycle upgrades converting the price difference into remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. Payment is by Alipay / WeChat / USDT; the plans page and your dashboard are authoritative for the details.
No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough. What the service optimizes is the link quality between your device and networks outside mainland China; it does not change the content policies of third-party sites and apps, and no guarantee is made about their availability.
Account and Subscription Rules
An account is for the registered user only, and the username and password are yours to keep safe; subscription links and configuration details count as account credentials, so do not pass them on to anyone else.
- Devices: no limit — sign in on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux at the same time, with no separate charge per device.
- No resale or sharing: accounts, subscription links and configuration details may not be sold, rented, transferred or shared publicly, including posting them on forums, social platforms or group chats.
- Data rules: monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; data packs last until used up and never expire.
Breaking these rules may lead to your account being restricted or terminated; refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using the service you must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are, and you are responsible for your own activity.
The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: infringing the intellectual property of others, distributing illegal content, carrying out network attacks, accessing other people's systems or data without authorization, or taking part in fraud or other activity that harms third parties.
VPNPF is not responsible for third-party content that users access. Where an account is clearly being used in violation of these rules, VPNPF may restrict or terminate the service.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
The service is provided as is. VPNPF keeps its routes and nodes maintained, but whether a third-party site or app can be reached is decided by its operator and may change at any time; the service gives no guarantee on this.
The following can cause temporary interruptions or reduced quality: upstream failures on routes and in data centers, carrier network changes, force majeure, necessary maintenance and upgrades, and problems with your own device or network. VPNPF will do its best to keep the impact short.
To the extent permitted by law, VPNPF is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. If a problem persists, report it through the ticket system in your dashboard.
Account Termination and Refunds
VPNPF may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: breaking the account rules or acceptable use requirements described on this page; registering under someone else's identity; using the service for illegal activity; or a verified case of resale or sharing.
You may stop using the service at any time without any further request. Once an account is terminated, the associated subscription and any unused data become void.
Refunds: the service offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Eligibility, deadlines and how requests are handled are set out separately in the Refund Policy, which is the authoritative source.
Changes to These Terms and Contact Details
VPNPF may update these terms to reflect business changes or legal requirements; the updated version is published on this page with a new update date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms; if you disagree with the changes, you may stop using the service.
If you have questions about these terms, raise them in the ticket system in your dashboard. For common questions about accounts, connections and billing, check the troubleshooting guide and the getting started guide first; how personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
